/ The Team At Eden Wellness

Two people. One practice.

Eden Wellness is exactly two people — and that's intentional. When you come to us, you'll work with the same faces every time, and we'll carry your story with us between visits.

— Owner & CEO

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Kelli, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most meaningful and challenging moments.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person‑centered. I believe that every individual carries strengths, wisdom, and resilience within them — sometimes we just need to reconnect with these parts of ourselves. My role is to offer the space to do so, with compassion and respect.

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches and each session is tailored to the unique needs of my clients . I am a Certified Compassionate Care Bereavement Provider, with a deep passion for supporting those experiencing traumatic grief—especially child loss.

I work with clients across the lifespan and support concerns including:
Anxiety and depression
ADHD and executive functioning
Parenting and relationship stress
Peri- and postpartum depression
Traumatic grief and loss
Life transitions and self-worth

Whether you’re navigating change, healing from loss, or seeking deeper self-understanding, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

My Philosophy
Healing happens through connection. Therapy should feel like a genuine, supportive conversation, not a checklist. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just come as you are.

Outside the Therapy Room
I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time on Lake Cumberland with family and friends.

— Targeted Case Manager

As Eden's targeted case manager, she coordinates the practical side of each client's care — making sure nothing falls through the gaps between sessions, appointments, or resources.

Kelli Jordan - LCSW

Miranda Perry - LCSW

You’ll often find me spending quality time with my family, loving on my fur babies, or visiting our farm animals - soaking up the simple joys of country life. I believe in finding balance between meaningful work and making memories with the people (and animals) I love most.

Professionally, I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) currently working as a Targeted Case Manager. I am passionate about supporting children, adults, and families by helping reduce barriers, connect to vital resources and strengthen their support systems within the community. I enjoy building meaningful relationships and empowering individuals and families to navigate challenges while creating stronger, healthier networks for long-term success. My heart is in helping others thrive - whether that means advocating for resources, encouraging growth or simply being a source of support along the journey.

Now that you know us, let's talk.

Reaching out is the first step — and we keep it simple. Just a conversation with the people you just met.
